Clover Overnight bircher oats
2 cups rolled or steel cut oats
2 1/2 cups Clover full cream milk
1/2 cup desiccated coconut, toasted
3T mixed seed mix, of any kind
1 apple, grated
For the topping
1 apple, cut into matchsticks
1 lemon juiced
3T toasted coconut
1 cup plain Clover yoghurt
1T ground cinnamon
Raw honey, to drizzle into the yoghurt
Combine the oats with the Clover milk, coconut, seeds and grated apple. Place in a jar or a serving dish before setting in the fridge.
Before serving top the oats with the apple, lemon juice and toasted coconut. Mix the Clover yoghurt, cinnamon and honey and spoon over the breakfast.
