Oriental Parcels with Classic sauce

Oriental Parcels with Classic sauce

150g beef mince
150g pork mince
x2 spring onions, chopped
1 garlic clove, crushed
1 lemongrass, finely chopped
1 red chilli, chopped
Zest of 1 lime
Fresh coriander, chopped
Salt and pepper
1 roll/sheet of puff pastry 
 
For the sauce
½ c Clover Classic
Juice of lime
Salt and Pepper
Red chilli, finely sliced
Mix together in a bowl for serving. 
 
Mix all the ingredients together for the mince mixture.
 
Cut each pastry sheet into 4 equal squares. Top with the mince and fold in the corners to overlap the mixture. Bake for 15 – 20 minutes. Serve with Classic Sauce and fresh rocket 
 
Tip: You could also make these into spring rolls/sausage rolls and swop out puff pastry for phyllo pastry.
