Clover Nolac Healthy Flapjacks

4 x Eggs – (Good source of protein)
2 x Bananas – (healthy carb)
6 x tbls Gluten free flower
1 x tsp Baking powder
1 x tsp Vanilla extract
1 x tbls Honey
Dash of Cinnamon
100ml Clover No Lac milk
 
Instructions :
 Chop the banana into chunks and add all the ingredients to a Blender.
Mix till nice and smooth
Fry on a low heat in a bit of coconut oil till golden brown
Serve with: maple syrup, Nutella or fruits of the forest yogurt with fresh berries.
