Clover Nolac Falooda

2T chia seeds
2 cups Clover Nolac milk
1T raw honey
2T rose syrup (pink or clear)
1/4 cup vermicelli noodles, broken into pieces and cooked as instructed
1 cup coconut cream, well chilled
Dried rose petals to garnish
Pistachios, crushed to garnish

Add the chia seeds to the Nolac milk and allow the seeds to hydrate and swell. This should take about 45 minutes. Add the honey and rose syrup and mix through, flavouring the milk.
Add the cooked noodles and stir through before pouring into chilled glasses. Whip the coconut cream before it becomes thick then use this to top the drinks. Crush and sprinkle the rose petals to garnish and finish with a scattering of pistachios
