Fresh milk veg pasta bake

300g pasta of your choice, cooked till al dente
3 T butter
2 leeks, sliced
3 zucchini, chopped
100g green peas
200g spinach, chopped
3 T flour
500ml Clover Fresh milk
Salt and pepper to taste
1 T fresh or dried oregano
1 cup Clover Tussers cheese , grated

Saute the chopped leeks in the butter. Add in the zucchini, peas and spinach. Season with salt and pepper. Allow to cook for a few minutes, then sprinkle over the flour and cook for 2 minutes. Gradually add the milk and keep stirring, until the sauce thickens. Season with salt,pepper and oregano. Stir in the cooked pasta and combine well. Sprinkle over the cheese and bake until the cheese is melted and slightly golden in colour.
