Asian inspired dumplings

For the dumplings
3-4 cups flour
1t salt
2T melted Margie Classic
1 ½ - 2 cups water
 
In a large bowl, combine the flour,salt and Margie Classic. Gradually add the water, to form a smooth and elastic dough. 
Knead the dough for a few minutes. Take small portions of the dough and roll until flat and thinly. Place a teaspoon or 2 of your desired filling into the centre of the round and bring the sides to join together. 
 
Place into a steamer and allow to cook until dough is cooked through, as well as the filling. Serve warm with some dipping sauces. 
 
Filling option 1:
Cabbage, shredded
Cooked chicken fillet, shredded
1 red chilli, chopped
spring onion, chopped
½ tsp sesame oil
1 T soy sauce
1 T melted Margie Classic
 
Filling 2:
Baby Bok choi, chopped
Mushrooms, chopped
Sesame oil
Soy sauce
 
Filling 3:
Pork mince/pork rasher
Cabbage
Fresh coriander
Chopped celery
Salt and pepper
Mix all the filling ingredients together.
