Clover honey, ginger and pear classic custard pie

½ cup Olive Pride oil blend

1/3 cup coconut sugar/ brown sugar
1/3 cup cake flour/almond flour
2,5ml salt
¼ cup raw honey
1 egg, beaten
½ cup Clover Classic custard
1/3 cup coconut cream
1tsp vanilla paste
1tsp ground ginger
1 ½ tsp cinnamon
1x410g Rhodes Quality pear halves in syrup
Toasted almond , Clover Classic custard and  whipped cream to serve

Preheat the oven to 180C. In a medium bowl beat together the all the ingredients except the pears and set aside. Place the pears in a spiral pattern in a greased spring for cake tin/pie dish.

Evenly pour the batter over the pears. Sprinkle with brown sugar and bake for 25-40 minutes.
Remove from the oven and serve with a generous sprinkle of toasted almond and a dollop of whipped cream and Clover Classic Custard.
