Clover Good Hope Soy milk peanut brittle shake

3 cups Clover Soy milk
200g peanut brittle
a pinch of salt

Heat the milk and peanut brittle together over a medium heat. Add the salt and continue cooking until the caramel from the brittle has melted. Add the mixture to a freezer and chilli for about 3 hours or until completely chilled.
Add the mixture to a blender and blend until completely smooth. Add a few scoops of lactose free ice and blend to thicken the shake. Serve in chilled glasses.
