Good Hope Health smoothie
1 cup GH soy milk strawberry
Pineapple, cut into chunks
½ c oats
Strawberry flavoured GH soy milk
Garnish fresh berries
Pour the GH Soy milk into an ice tray and place into the freezer. Once the Gh soy milk ice cubes have set, pour into a blender along with the carrots, pineapple, oats and ginger. Blend until smooth, add a little more GH soy milk and garnish with fresh berries to enjoy.
