Easy peasy microwave fudge

Clover Fudge 4 Ways

125g Clover butter, melted
2 cups castor sugar
1 tin Clover condensed milk (397g)
1t vanilla extract

Combine Clover butter, castor sugar and vanilla extract in a microwave safe bowl. Add Clovercondensed milk – do not stir. Microwave on high for about 10 minutes (stopping every minute to stir – so 10xtimes in total) or until golden brown. Allow to cool slightly and beat with a wooden spoon until the fudge starts to set. Pour into a square tin lined with baking paper and allow to set before cutting into squares.

To personalize your fudge simply melt to slabs of milk chocolate and add some of the following combinations before pouring chocolate over set fudge and refrigerating.

Chocolate Peanut Butter Fudge: Add 2 tablespoons smooth or crunchy peanut butter to melted white chocolate.
Chocolate Cherry Fudge: Add 1 tablespoon chopped dried cherries and a few drops of red food coloring to melted white chocolate.
Cookies & Cream Chocolate Fudge: Add 1 tablespoon crushed Oreos to melted white chocolate.
Mint Chocolate Fudge: Add 1/2 teaspoon peppermint extract and a few drops of green or red food coloring (if desired) to melted white chocolate. Top with crushed peppermint crisp.
