Clover Fruits of the forest yogurt cake

11/2 cup Cake Flour

1tsp baking powder
1/2tsp bicarbonate of soda
¼ cup Clover salted butter, softened
2 large eggs
1tsp vanilla paste/essence
½ cup Fruits of the Forrest Cape fruit flavour
115g Rhodes Quality granadilla pulp cup
410g Rhodes Quality peach slices
½ cup blueberries
½ cup raspberries
½ cup strawberries
1Tbsp brown sugar

Preheat the oven to 180C, line and grease a 20cm round spring form cake tin.
In a mixing bowl combine the flour, baking powder and bicarb. In a separate mixing bowl cream the butter, sugar and eggs until light and pale in colour. Add the vanilla, Fruits of the Forest yogurt and granadilla pulp.
Slowly fold in the flour and mix well until well combined. Pour into the prepare cake tin on layer the peaches slices, blueberries, raspberries and strawberries on top. Sprinkle with brown sugar.
Bake for 45-60minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Allow to cool in the tin for 30 minutes before removing. Allow to cool completely before dusting with icing sugar.
Slice and serve
