Fresh milk spinach and feta swirl

A few phyllo pastry sheets, defrosted
Melted buter for brushing
2 T oil
1 onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, crushed
2 T flour
1 cup Clover Fresh milk
500g swiss chard spinach, chopped
1 cup Clover Feta cheese, crumbled
Salt and pepper to taste
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Add the chopped onion and garlic and cook until translucent. Sprinkle over the flour and cook for a minute. Gradually add the Clover Fresh milk whilst stirring. Add the chopped spinach and combine well. Season with salt and pepper and cook until the spinach is wilted. Add in the crumbled feta and mix well. Set aside.
Place cooled filling alongside the length of layered sheets of phyllo pastry that have been brushed with melted butter. Roll it up. Then shape the rolled up pastry into a spiral shape. Brush with more butter and add top with sesame seeds. Bake in oven until pastry is golden and cripsy. Serve warm
