Loaded fresh milk mashup bake

300g sweet potato, mashed
200g potato, mashed
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1 cup Clover Fresh milk
x2 knobs of butter
½ red onion, finely sliced
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
200g bangers, sliced into rounds
2 T flour
½ cup beef stock
½ c Clover Fresh milk
salt and pepper
½ c Clover Cheddar cheese, grated

Preheat the oven to 180
In a bowl, combine the mashed potato and cauliflower. Add the garlic to the mash. Heat the butter and milk in a small saucepan and slowly add to the mash. Season with salt and pepper and give it a good mix.
Saute the onion and garlic in a dash of oil in a saucepan. Add the sliced banger rounds and allow to brown. Sprinkle the flour over and mix well. Allow the flour to cook out for a minute. Gradually add the beef stock and milk to the mixture. Season with salt and pepper and cook until sauce slightly thickens.
To a greased and lined springform tin, spread half of the mash on the bottom and up the sides of the baking tin. Add the sausage filling on top of the mash and cover with the rest of the mash (like a potato cake). Sprinkle the top with cheese and bake in the oven for 20 minutes until the cheese is golden and the outer layer of the potato slightly crispy and golden. Slice and serve.
