Clover Custard Spicy Bread & Butter Pudding

For the pudding
8-10 Extra spicy hot cross buns, cubed
¼ cup dark chocolate chips
6 eggs
60ml Clover Classic Custard
300ml milk
300ml cream
2/3 cup castor sugar
1tsp vanilla paste

Preheat the oven to 180C. Place the cubed hot cross buns in a greased loaf pan or 20cm casserole dish and sprinkle over the chocolate. In a large mixing bowl whisk the remaining ingredients and pour over the buns.
Bake for 30-45minutes or until a knife/cake tester inserted in the centre comes out clean. Allow to stand for 10 minutes before cutting.
Serve with Clover Classic Custard
