Clover Creamy peri peri chicken livers

1 onion, chopped
2 tbsp butter
x3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1 tub chicken livers, drained
2 tbsp flour
1 cup Clover Fresh milk
1 bay leaf
3 tsp peri peri sauce
1 tbsp paprika powder
1 tbsp tomato paste
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
Salt and pepper to taste

Garlic and herb bread and Clover sour cream to serve

Melt the butter in a saucepan and add the onions. Saute until translucent and then add the chopped garlic and chicken livers. Brown the chicken livers well then sprinkle over the flours. Allow the flour to cook out for a minute then slowly start adding the milk.
Once the sauce is slightly thick, add in the bay leaf, peri peri sauce, paprika powder, tomato paste and Worcestershire sauce. If the sauce is too thick, add a little more milk. Season with salt and pepper and once the livers are tender, serve with garlic and herb bread, Clover sour cream, chopped chilli and fresh coriander.
