Clemengold Manhattan mocktail
Few sprigs of thyme,
1 cinnamon stick
X1 Manhattan Rooibos lemon ice tea
X1 clemengold, juiced
Peel of clemengold
In a saucepan heat up 125ml Manhattan. Add in the fresh thyme leaves, cinnamon and clementine peel Bring to a boil until to form a syrup. Pour the rest of the Manhattan into a glass with ice. Add the juice of 1 clemengold and garnish with the clemegold peel. Garnish with fresh sprigs of thyme.
