Clover Classic Zesty Chicken and veg noodles

Clover Classic Zesty Chicken and veg noodles

x2 chicken fillets
1 T cayenne pepper
1 T smoked paprika
2 T ground cumin
Salt and pepper
Squeeze of fresh lime
1 C Clover Classic
1 T Olive Pride Blend
200ml chicken/vegetable stock
1 block dried instant noodles
2 C stir fry vegetable mix (frozen or fresh)
Salt and pepper
Grated zest and juice of 1 lime 
Fresh coriander to serve
To a bowl, add the chicken and the spices, salt and pepper. Squeeze over the lime juice and add the Clover Classic. Mix well and allow to marinde for at least 20 minutes. Heat the oil in a pan/griddle and cook the chicken until tender. Alternatively, bake the chicken in a preheated oven at 160°C for 20-25 minutes. 
Slice it up and set aside. 
Add the stock to a saucepot and add the instant noodles and frozen  stir fry veg. Season with salt and pepper and add in the lime zest and a squeeze of lime juice and chopped corainder. Cook together for 2 minutes until noodles are cooked and veg heated up but still crunchy. Divide between bowls,add the chicken and garnish with fresh coriander and sesame seeds (optional).
