Clover Classic Semifreddo

400g Berries
4t flavoured maple syrup
850g Clover classic plain yoghurt
1 can clover condensed milk
Mint, for garnish

Grease a bread tin with non-stick cooking spray and line with clingfilm, allowing it to overhang a bit.
In a blender, place ¼ of the berries and blend until smooth. Pass it through a sieve to remove seeds. Combine the maple flavoured syrup with the berry puree and add ½ of the remaining berries to the mixture. Crush them a little bit with a spoon. Reserve the rest of the berries for garnish.
In a bowl, combine the clover classic yogurt and condensed milk. Place ¼ of it in the prepared bread tin. Next place a layer of the berry mixture over the first layer. Continue to alternate these layers until the tin is filled, ending off with a yogurt layer on top.
Smooth the top with the back of a spoon to get it as smooth and even as possible. Carefully fold over the clingfilm to cover the top part. Place in the freezer for a minimum of 6 hours/overnight to set and freeze solid.
Carefully unmould, use a serrated knife which ran under hot water, wipe it dry and cut into slices. Garnish with reserved berries and mint leaves
