Clover Classic custard scones

4 C Cake Flour
4 tsp Baking Powder
250g Cold Clover Butter (cubed)
1/2 C Castor Sugar
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 C Clover Classic Custard
1/3 C Clover Amasi
2 Large Eggs (whisked)
1 tsp Vanilla Essence


  1. Preheat the oven to 180
  2. Mix flour with baking powder and salt
  3. Mix cubed butter with the flour until it resembles bread crumbs, then add in the sugar
  4. In a separate bowl, mix the Clover Classic custard, Amasi, eggs and vanilla essence together. Add the mixture to the flour and mix until well combined
  5. Press the scone dough and cut into equal sizes. Brush over the egg wash and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown
