Clover Classic Custard Horns

1 Roll Puff pastry, sliced into 1 cm x 15cm strips
 
500 ml Clover Classic Custard
2 Tbsp Clover MooiRivier Salted Butter, at room temperature
2 Tbsp Corn Flour
Icing Sugar to dust
Foil Horns
 
Method:
Preheat the oven to 180oC. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
Wrap the Puff pastry strips around the foil horns and place 5 cm apart on the baking tray. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until golden. Allow to cool before piping with the cooled custard filling.
 
Mix the butter and corn flour until well combined. In a medium saucepan heat the custard. Slowly add some of the hot custard to the butter and corn flour mix. Add back to the heat and cook until thickened. Allow to cool. Pipe into the pastry horns and dust with Icing sugar.
