Clover Classic Custard Clafoutis

250 ml Clover Fresh Milk
3 Large eggs
½ c castor Sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
30 ml Clover Butter, Melted
½ Cake Flour
1 guava, quartered
½ c Blueberries / Blackberries
1 c Strawberries, halved
½ c Gooseberries
Clover Classic Custard to Serve

Preheat the oven to 160oC. Lightly grease a large skillet pan or an ovenproof tart dish.

In a large mixing bowl combine the Clover Fresh milk, 3 large eggs, ½ c Castor sugar, vanilla extract and clover butter until well combined. Fold in the flour until well combined. Pour over into prepared dish. Top with the fruit and bake in the oven for 35-40 minutes. Serve warm with a serving of Clover Classic Custard
