Clover Classic Custard Bee Sting

2 Cups Cake Flour
1 tsp Fine Salt
10 g Instant Yeast
1 tbsp Sugar
125g Clover Butter
3 Large Eggs
3 tbsp Honey
50g Flaked Almonds
For the filling:
500ml Clover Classic Custard
2 tbsp Corn Starch
2tbsp Butter softened
250 ml Clover Fresh Cream, whipped
50g Flaked Almonds, toasted
Preheat the oven to 170oC. Line a baking tray with greaseproof paper. 
 In a large mixing bowl whisk the eggs until just combined. Add the flour, salt, yeast, sugar and butter and combine until a dough starts to form. Knead the dough on a lightly floured surface until smooth and elastic. Place in a lightly greased bowl, cover with a cloth and allow to proof until doubled in size. Once the dough has doubled in size knock the dough down and divide into equal-sized balls. Allow to proof until doubled in size. Drizzle with honey and top with the flaked almonds. 
To make the filling combine the butter and corn starch into a paste. Heat the custard in a small saucepot and add the butter paste. Whisk until smooth. cook for about 10 minutes, stirring continuously.
To assemble cut the rolls in half. Pipe or spread some of the custard filling at the bottom of the roll. Top with whipped cream, sprinkle with nuts and place the top of the bun on the cream. Serve and enjoy!
