Classic Custard and Jelly tartlets
1 roll puff pastry
2 T brown sugar
1-2 c Clover Classic custard
Ready made jelly
Preheat the oven to 200°C.
On a floured surface, roll out the puff pastry. Scatter over the brown sugar and fold in half. Roll out again and then roll up the puff pastry.
Slice the pastry so that they form thick circles. Press into a greased muffin tray so that the pastry pushes up tp the sides, to form cups. Blind bake the pastry cups until golden and puffed up.
Once cooked and cooled, fill the cups with Clover Classic Custard. Cut the jelly into little cubes and place on top of the custard filling. Sprinkle over a little icing sugar and serve.
