Clover Classic coconut lamb curry

1 onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
Lamb stew pieces (or lamb knuckles)
2 T garam masala
2 T curry powder
1 cinnamon stick
2 T tomato paste
1 tin chopped tomatoes
1 T brown sugar
1 cup desiccated coconut
½ c Clover Classic yoghurt
Fresh coriander for garnishing

Saute the onion and garlic in a little oil. Add the lamb pieces and spices and allow to brown a little. Add in the tomato paste, chopped tomatoes and sugar, along with a cup of water. Season with salt and pepper and allow to simmer until the lamb is tender. Stir in the desiccated coconut and the Clover Classic. Season with more salt if need be.
Serve with basmati rice, a dollop of Clover Classic and fresh coriander
