Clover Classic Chana Masala style curry

X2 tin chickpeas, drained
1 tbsp vegetable oil
1 large onion, finely chopped
1 tsp cumin seeds
2 garlic cloves, chopped
Thumb size fresh ginger, grated
2 green chillies, finely chopped
1 tbsp ground coriander
1 tsp ground turmeric
1 tsp garam masala
2 tomatoes, grated
Salt to taste
1 cup Clover Classic yoghurt
Squeeze of lemon juice
Basmati rice to serve and fresh coriander

Heat the oil in a saucepan and add in the chopped onions, along with the cumin seeds. Allow to cook for a minute then add in the chopped garlic, ginger,chillies and the spices. Stir in the chickpeas and grated tomatoes and season with salt. Cook for 10-15 minutes for the flavours to combine. Remove from the heat and stir through the Clover Classic yoghurt and a squeeze of fresh lemon. 
Serve with basmati rice and a garnish of fresh chopped coriander.
