Clover Classic Asian pear tart

Clover Classic Asian pear tart

100g pecan nuts, crushed
1/4  c melted butter
¼ c brown sugar
3 Asian/hashi pears
1 prebaked shortcrust pastry base
1 egg beaten
Serve with Clover Classic 
 
Preheat oven to 180°c.
Mix pecan nuts, butter and sugar together. Cut the pears into quarters and slice to 5mm thick. Sprinkle half the nut mixture on the pastry base. Layer pear slices over the nut mixture, then sprinkle the rest of the nut mixture over the pears. 
Add a final layer of pears over on top and egg wash. 
Pop the tart into the oven for 20 minutes. 
 
Serve with a generous dollop of Clover Classic
