Clover Citrus and Pinapple Slenda Granita

1 cup Tropika Slenda pineapple with a twist of kiwi fruit

4 Sweet sunrise grapefruit (Woolies), hollowed out and flesh reserved
Zest of 1 lime
2/3 cups coconut sugar
5 ml vanilla paste

Place the hollowed out grapefruit shells on a tray in the freezer.  In a blender blitz together the tropika, grapefruit flesh, zest, coconut sugar and vanilla until smooth.

Pour into a 15-20cm square freezer safe dish, cover and place in the freezer. With a fork stir the mixture every 30 minutes, scraping down the sides and breaking up any ice chunks as the mixture freezes until the mixture is slushy and frozen, about 2-3 hours.
Scoop into the hollowed out grapefruit shells and serve
