Chocolate spotted Banana pudding

Clover Chocolate spotted Banana pudding

115g butter, softened
1 cup white sugar
2 free range eggs
1/4 cup Clover milk
1t vanilla paste
3 large, ripe bananas (the riper the better)
2 cups cake flour
1t bicarbonate of soda
100g pecans roughly chopped
100g dark chocolate chips

Cream the butter and sugar together using an electric hand mixer until light and fluffy in texture. Add the eggs and mix through before adding the milk and vanilla and mixing through.
Mash the bananas and add to the mix, mix through before adding the flour and bicarb and fading through.

Once perfectly combined fold through the nuts and chocolate chips. Grease a microwave proof dish before pouring in the batter and placing in the microwave to cook for 2 - 3 minutes until a cake tester comes out clean after testing. Drizzle over the clover classic custard and serve.
