Chocolate cinnamon bun

3/4 Cup Brown Sugar
1 1/2 Tbs Cinnamon powder
1 1/2 Tbs Cocoa
3/4 Cup Choc Chips
3/4 tsp Salt
3Tbs Butter melted
( Put aside)

3 1/4 Cups Cake Wheat Flour
1/3 Cup Sugar white granulated
2 1/4 tsp Baking powder
3/4 tsp Bicarb
3/4 tsp Salt
1 Cup Amasi or Buttermilk
125 g Butter melted

1. In a big bowl mix cake wheat flour, sugar,baking powder, bicarb & salt.
2. In another bowl mix amasi and butter then add to the dry ingredients.
Make a dough.
3. On a lightly floured surface roll the dough into a rectangle top with the filling leaving about 1 cm around the edges.
4. Roll into a log encasing the filling tightly then cut into even rounds+- 9 rounds.
5. Bake for 40-45 minutes on a round baking tin lined with baking paper until golden brown and the choc chips start oozing out of the buns.
Serve with a generous serving of clover classic custard and extra choc chips.
