Chilli Cheese puffs

1 roll of puff pastry, defrosted
100g Clover Tussers, cut into small cubes
100g Clover Mature cheddar, cut into small cubes
100g Clover Gouda, cut into small cubes
3 pickled jalapeno’s, finely chopped
1 tbsp dried oregano
Salt and Pepper
Cut the puff pastry into small cubes. Mix together the cheese, chillies, oregano and salt and pepper. Place a small portion of the mixture into the centre of the pastry and fold it over. Place onto a greased baking tray and brush the pastries with milk. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C until the pastry is puffed and golden brown in colour. Serve with a sweet chilli or chutney sauce.
