Clover cheesy Pizza Pasta Casserole

Clover cheesy Pizza Pasta Casserole

250g Elbow shaped pasta, cooked
500g lean beef mince
1 onion, chopped
2 Cloves garlic, finely chopped
1 tin chopped tomatoes
1 T dried oregano
1 T brown sugar
salt and pepper
½ red pepper, sliced into strips
½ yellow pepper, sliced into strips
200g mushrooms, sliced and sauteed
70g green or black olives, sliced in half
100g Clover White cheddar, grated
100g Clover Tussers, grated

Preheat the oven to 180°C. 
In a saucepan, heat a dash of oil and brown the mince. Add in the chopped onion and garlic and cook until translucent. Add in the chopped tomatoes, oregano, brown sugar and season with salt and pepper. Allow cooking for a few minutes. 
To a casserole dish, add the cooked pasta. Pour the mince over the pasta and add in the peppers, mushrooms and some of the olives. Add some of the grated cheese and mix well.
