Clover Cheesy Corn No Knead Bread

2 cups self-raising flour
1 cup grated Clover mature cheese
1 cup grated Clover Edam cheese
1 x 400g can creamed corn
1 cup Clover full cream milk
75g butter, melted
1 free range egg, beaten
2t smoked paprika
2 stalks spring onion, roughly chopped
In a large mixing bowl combine the flour, cheeses, creamed corn, milk, butter and egg. Pour int he spices and begin mixing with a wooden spoon to form a thick batter.
Fold the spring onions through before pouring the batter into a greased bread tin and baking in an oven preheated to 180C. The bread should bake for about 25-30 minutes or until a skewer comes out clean after skewering into the cake.
Remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly before removing from the tin and slicing. Serve with softened butter.
