Clover cheesy baked bread

200g cooked spicy mince
1 unsliced loaf of bread
3T butter
3T flour
350ml Clover Fresh milk
100ml cream
100g Clover White cheddar cheese, grated
100g Clover Mature cheddar, grated
100g Clover Tussers, grated
2 large eggs
4 spring onions, sliced
Extra grated cheese

Preheat the oven 180°C

Slice the loaf into thick slices and spread with melted butter.
Make the cheese sauce by melting the butter in the saucepan and sprinkle over the flour. Gradually add the milk until the sauce thickens. Add the cream and cheese and stir until the cheese melts. Season with salt and pepper. Remove from the heat and stir in the egg.

Start assembling the cheese bread pudding by overlapping the bread slices in a greased, ovenproof dish. Scatter over the spicy mince and pour over the cheese sauce. Be sure not to completely soak the bread. Sprinkle over the spring onions and extra grated cheese and bake in the oven until the bread is golden and crispy, as well as the cheese. Serve warm.
