Clover Cheese Stromboli

X1 pack WW Ready made pancakes/crepes
X2 WW rotiserrie chicken breasts, shredded
200g button mushroom, cooked
100g Clover Tussers, grated
For the garlic cheese sauce:
2 T butter
3 cloves garlic, chopped
2 c Clover Fresh milk 
½  c Clover Mature cheddar, grated and mixed with cornflour
½ c Clover Tussers, grated and mixed with cornflour
Salt and pepper
Handful fresh parsley, roughly chopped
Preheat the oven to 180°c. 
Fill each pancake/crepe with shredded chicken, mushrooms and a bit of the grated Tussers. Roll it up, slice into 3 pieces and place the cut side up into a greased baking dish. 
For the garlic cheese sauce, melt the butter in a saucepan. Add the garlic and allow to simmer for a few seconds. Add the milk then add the cheese. Mix well and allow the sauce to slightly thicken. Season with salt, pepper and a bit of chopped parsely. 
To assemble, pour some of the sauce over a layer of the stromboli. Top with another layer of stromboli then pour over the rest of the  sauce. Scatter some grated cheese over and bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes until the cheese is golden.
