Clover Bliss Strawberry Shortcake

250g Strawberries, Quatered
¼ c Sugar
2 Cups Self raising Flour
1/2c Strawberry Bliss yoghurt
Clover cream, Whipped
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees celcius. Line a 15cm baking tin with baking paper.
In a Large mixing bowl combine the sugar, flour, bicarb, eggs and Bliss until smooth. Pour over into the baking tin and bake for 25 minutes. Allow to cool, slice in half and spread over the jam on the bottom half, top with whipped cream, strawberries and finish of the top half. Serve with your favourite warm beverage.
