Clover Bliss Lemon Meringue Ice cream

1 cup Clover fresh full cream milk
1 cup Clover fresh cream, whipped
½ cup Clover bliss Lemon meringue yoghurt
Zest and juice of 2 lemons (keep the skins to serve the yoghurt in)
½ can Clover condensed milk
White chocolate shavings
 
Method
Combine all the ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Pour over into a loaf tin and freeze for 3-4 hours or overnight. 
Scoop the ice cream into the lemon skins and garnish with white chocolate shavings. Serve and enjoy!
