Clover Bliss Chocolate Mug Cake 
 
Serves: 2
Cooking time: 2-3 minutes 
 
Ingredients
½ cup self raising flour 
2 tbsp cocoa powder
2 tbsp brown sugar
pinch of salt
¼ cup milk
2 tbsp Clover Bliss medium cream dairy dessert 
1 tbsp melted butter
2 tbsp dark chocolate, chopped
 
For Serving 
Dairymaid Country Fresh vanilla ice cream

Method
Whisk together the dry ingredients in a mixing bowl. Make a well in the centre and add in the milk, Clover Bliss and melted butter. Add in the chocolate and mix together until a smooth batter forms, add more milk if its too dry. 
 
Pour into a microwave-safe mug and microwave on high for 2-3 minutes, until the mug cake is ready (please note each microwave differs, some may take longer). 
 
Once the mug cake is ready, remove from microwave, top with ice cream and a generous serving of Clover Bliss.
