Clover Bliss Chocolate Dairy Triple Mousse Cake

1 Cup Self-Rising Flour
4 large eggs
1 Cup Sugar
2 Tbsp Butter, melted
½ cup Strong Coffee
 
250 ml Clover Fresh Cream, Whipped
320g White Chocolate, melted
 
125 ml Clover Cream, whipped
320g Milk OR dark Chocolate, melted
125 ml Clover Bliss Chocolate Dairy Dessert
 
Cocoa Powder for dusting
 
Preheat the oven to 180oC. Line a 20cm Spring form tin with Baking spray.
In a large mixing bowl combine the eggs, sugar and butter. Add the flour and cocoa powder and mix until just combined. Pour into the baking tin and bake in the oven for 15 -20 minutes or until a skewer comes out clean. Prick the cake with a fork and pour over the coffee. Allow to cool completely.
 
In a large mixing bowl combine the whipped cream and melted white chocolate. Spread over the chocolate cake and allow to set
 
In a large mixing bowl combine the whipped cream, melted dark chocolate and the Clover Bliss Dairy dessert until well combined. Spread over the white chocolate layer and place in the fridge to set for 3-4 hour so OR overnight. Remove from the tin to reveal the mousse layers. Dust with cocoa powder and serve!
