
Clover Bliss and Macadamia nut butter brownies
Ingredients
¾ cup flour
1 cup castor sugar
¼ cup cocoa powder
Pinch of salt
2 tsp baking powder
80g chocolate, chopped
2 eggs
1 tbsp vanilla essence
½ cup melted butter/vegetable oil
¼ cup Clover Bliss Dessert ¼
2 tbsp macadamia nut butter, smoothed out till syrupy
Cocoa powder for dusting
Method
Preheat the oven to 180C.
In a bowl, mix together the flour, castor sugar, cocoa powder and the baking powder.
In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs, vanilla essence, melted butter/chocolate and Bliss Dessert. Make a well in the centre of the flour mix and pour in the wet mixture. Add in the chopped chocolate and fold everything together until mixed. If its too thick, add in a dash of milk. Add the brownie mixture to a greased and lined baking tin. Swirl in the macadamia nut butter and bake for 20-25 minutes, until a skewer comes out clean, with still a little moisture. The brownie must not bake too dry.
Serve with an extra serving of Clover Bliss dessert and garnish as desired.
