Amasi bubble and squeak

4 large potatoes, boiled and mashed
½ c Clover Amasi
salt and pepper
½ onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
300g swiss chard spinach, chopped
100g cabbage, shredded
½ t nutmeg
100g cheese of your choice
Combine the mashed potatoes in a bowl. Add the amasi a little at a time and mash it with salt and pepper. Roughly mash until combined.
Heat oil or butter in a saucepan. Add the chopped onion and garlic. Saute for a minute. Add the chopped swiss chard and shredded cabbage. Season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Mix this into the mash mixture. Dish into ramekins and sprinkle with cheese. Bake in a preheated oven until cheese is melted.
