Classic Custard Pasteis de Tentugal

400ml Clover Classic custard
2 egg yolks
1 T corn flour
12 rectangular sheets of phyllo pastry
Preheat the oven 200°C
In a saucepan, heat the Clover Classic custard, do not boil. Remove from the heat. Mix the egg yolks with the cornflour and whisk into the warm custard. Whisk in the cinnamon. Allow cooling.
Stack 2 sheets of phyllo pastry on a clean surface. Brush with melted butter. Spoon the chilled custard filling, lengthwise onto the phyllo pastry. Loosely fold the phyllo over the filling to create a tube. Fold the ends to prevent the filling from seeping out as they bake. Brush with more melted butter. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden and puffed. Once baked, sprinkle with icing sugar and serve.
