Classic Custard Lemon Pudding

x1 packet 200g Tennis biscuits, crushed
x1 230g tub cream cheese, at room temperature
100g Clover condensed milk
500ml Clover Classic Custard
Juice of half lemon or 1 small lemon

Press the crushed tennis biscuits into the base of a greased, loose bottomed cake tin.
In a bowl or a large jug, whisk together the cream cheese, Clover condensed milk and Classic Clover Custard until smooth and has a thick consistency.
Pour the custard mixture over the biscuit base and refrigerate for 3 hours until slightly firm.
Take it out of the cake tin and serve to your family and friends.
