Christmas Moir’s Mug Cake

1 Moir’s Mug Cake chocolate flavoured cake mix
50 ml milk
200 ml cup

Add the milk into the cup. Empty the contents of the sachet into the cup. Stir until the mixture is well combined (approximately 30-40 seconds). Do not over mix. Microwave on high (100%) for 1 minute 30 seconds (900W) or 1 minute 40 seconds (800W).
Remove from microwave and allow to cool completely.

Christmas wreath mug cake
100 g butter icing
15 drops Moir’s Apple Green Colouring
Moir’s Glacé Cherries, quartered

edible silver balls
red ribbons
piping bag with medium nozzle

Mix the green colouring with the butter cream. Scoop in piping bag and put in fridge.
Insert the large end of a baster into the cake to hollow out a bit of the center. Use a knife tip to help with removal if needed. Pipe a bit of buttercream in the centre then pipe the wreath around the edges of the cup. Add the Moir’s glacé cherries, silver balls and red bows.

Reindeer mug cake
80 g butter cream

15 g cacao powder
20 ml water
Moir’s glacé cherries
pretzels, for the antlers
candy eyeballs

For icing. Mix cacao with the 20 ml of water to a thick paste . Add the butter cream and mix well together. Put in fridge.
Insert the large end of a baster into the cake to hollow out a bit of the center. Use a knife tip to help with removal if needed. Push a cherry in the centre (the hole you have just made). Frost the top with chocolate butter cream and add the cherry nose, pretzel antlers and eyes.
