2 Cups cake flour
4t Baking powder
½ t salt
½ cup sugar
2 free range eggs
½ cup canola oil
2 cups milk
 
108g Woolworths hollow milk chocolate balls, roughly chopped
50g Dark chocolate coated whole almonds, roughly chopped
50g White chocolate coated whole almonds, roughly chopped
Woolworths Tinroof ice cream
Woolworths chocolate dessert sauce to drizzle over
 
Add the dry ingredients together in a mixing bowls. Separate the eggs. Mix together the egg yolks oil and milk before adding it o the dry ingredients. 

Beat the egg whites to stiff peak then food into the batter.  Add the chocolates and almonds before folding through.
 
Add the batter to a waffle machine and cook until golden brown and cooked inside. Once done top with Tinroof ice and a drizzle with chocolate dessert sauce
