Chocolate Pudding Cups

100g castor sugar
50g Clover butter
2 free range eggs
½ cup Clover Fresh milk
150g self raising flour
2 tblsp good quality cocoa powder
Clover Aerosol cream
Cocoa or chocolate powder for dusting
100g Strawberries, roughly chopped

Cream the butter and sugar until pale and fluffy. Add the eggs one at time along with the milk and stir until well combined. Combine the flour and cocoa together and fold through. Grease an oven proof bowl before pouring in the batter and bake at 180°C for 20 minutes or until mostly set and the centre is still a little runny.
Finish the dish off with some Clover Aerosol cream and a dusting or cocoa or chocolate powder
