Chocolate fondant microwave mug cake
Super M Chocolate Fondant Microwave Cakes
¾ cup Clover condensed milk
½ cup milk chocolate chips
¼ cup self-raising flour
1Tbsp cocoa powder
2Tbsp butter, melted
¼ cup Super M chocolate flavour
1tsp vanilla paste
2Tbsp dark chocolate chips
For the fudge centre
In a medium saucepan add the condensed milk and chocolate. Stir over a low heat until melted and smooth. Pour the mixture into a 15cm square tin or dish and freeze until firm enough to cut into 2 cm squares.
For the batter
In a small bowl whisk together the flour, cocoa powder and sugar. Whisk in the butter, Super m and vanilla until combined and smooth. Fold in the chocolate chips.
Pour half the batter into a microwave- safe mug , add 1-2 fudge squares and top with the rest of the batter. Microwave on high for 1 minutes 0r 1 1.2 minutes depending on your microwave.
Allow to cool for 1 minute before serving. Serve with a scoop of your favourite ice cream
