Chocolate and Nut Baklava

200g nuts of your choice, chopped
300g dark chocolate, finely chopped
100g granulated sugar
Few sheets of phyllo pastry
200g butter, melted
½ c honey
1 cup of water.
Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Mix together the chopped nuts with the chocolate and sugar.
Layer 4 or 5 sheets of phyllo pastry and brush each layer with butter. Scatter over the chocolate mixture and layer and more phyllo pastry. Keep layering until all your chocolate and phyllo pastry is used up. Drizzle over any remaining butter.
Cut the baklava into portion size pieces and bake until golden and crispy. In a saucepan, combine the honey and water to create a syrup. As the baklava comes out of the oven, pour over the syrup and allow to soak in the syrup.
