Choc chip and Vanilla cookie dough froyo

Choc chip and Vanilla cookie dough froyo

½ cup butter, softened
½ cup soft brown sugar
1/4 cup castor sugar
1tsp vanilla paste
Pinch of salt
1 cup cake flour
Pinch of baking powder
¼ cup milk chocolate chips
¼ cup dark chocolate chips
¼ cup white chocolate chips
20g popping candy
1 ½ cups Clover Classic vanilla
Extra popping candy to serve
Sugar cones to serve * optional

In a stand mixer or a large mixing bowl, combine the butter and sugar and beat until light and fluffy. Add the vanilla paste and mix well.
In another mixing bowl combine the flour, baking powder and salt and mix until well combined. Add the chocolate chips ad popping candy.
Add the flour mixture to the butter mixture and fold through carefully until smooth and well combined. Fold in the Classic vanilla.
Place in a freezer friendly container, cover with the lid or cling wrap and freeze until fully set over night. Enjoy as is or on a sugar with a extra sprinkle of popping candy
