Chicken pie with crunchy summer salad and tangy garlic and herb potatoes!
520g woolworths chicken pie, prepared as instructed.
Crunchy summer salad to serve
700g garlic and herb potatoes
4T roughly chopped dill
4T caperberries, finely chopped
4T parsley roughly chopped
4T extra virgin olive oil
2T Dijon mustard
Freshly ground black pepper
Prepare pie and garlic potatoes according to packet instructions.
Combine the dill, parsley, caper berries, olive oil, honey and mustard together before seasoning with freshly ground black pepper. Toss these ingredients together with the potatoes and serve with the salad and chicken pie.
