Chicken and bacon with fettuccine pasta

For the chicken and bacon.
Chicken fillets
Rashers of bacon
15g butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
5 ml paprika
10ml Cajun spice
400ml fresh cream
Salt and pepper
Spring onion, for garnish
Season the chicken fillets well and cook. Pull the chicken meat and put aside. Heat a pan and cook the bacon rashes until crispy. Finely chop.
Saute the garlic in the butter. Add the chicken, bacon, Cajun spice and paprika. Stir frequently.
Lower the heat and pour the cream, bring to a light simmer and season with salt and pepper. Garnish with spring onion and serve with cooked fettuccine and a fresh side salad.

For the pasta dough

3 large eggs, beaten
2 cups flour
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon salt

Mix eggs, flour, oil, and salt in the bowl until a dough forms. Knead until dough is smooth and elastic, about 10 minutes. Cover the dough with plastic wrap and let rest at least 30 minutes. Cut and roll as desired.

Do Ahead: Dough can be made 1 day ahead; tightly wrap and chill.
